On behalf of Team Cambodia Connect, we would like to thank the Riverside community for their generosity, thoughts and prayers.

We leave for Cambodia on Thursday to take part in an educational trip during which we meet with various sustainable development charitable organisations and work alongside some incredible people.  We will be away from Riverside from 22 October to 7 November.  In total, we currently have 161,000Kc toward our goal of 204,000Kc collected and ready to give to our charity partners for their continued development work and for the building of houses and a well.  Please remember that all the money that you donate will be distributed to our charity partners, including any money that comes in after we leave, or indeed, when we return.  When all is in and counted, I am confident that your generosity will have paid for six new homes for six families living in sub-standard housing and one well to provide safe drinking water for those people.  Additional funds will go to support the work of Construction of Hope and Friends International.

Please follow us on the Riverside Facebook page while we're away.  Thank you for all your support.  It is greatly appreciated.
