Our New High School at Hradčanská
Riverside High School has outgrown its current building, so in September 2011we plan to open our Senior High School for Grades 9 - 12 in a building reconstructed for the purpose.
The Junior High School for Grades 6 -8 will remain in the current building where there will be room for expansion and further development. For further information please open our Development Plan and Newsletter below.
Riverside’s Development Plan
Riverside School will be housed in four buildings. The Primary and Junior High Schools at Sedlec, the Early Years School in Bubenec and the Senior High School in Hradčanská.

The Sedlec Environment
Riverside School is located in a picturesque setting by the Vltava River, about 15 minutes from the centre of Prague. The local environment lends itself to field studies, nature walks and river studies. It is in many ways the ideal location for a school.
The Primary School building to the left and the High School building to the right are separated by a quiet road. In the picture below the school field is above the Primary School. The schools are served well by public transport with buses every 3 minutes and a railway station which can be seen above the Primary School. The majority of High School students use public transport. The majority of Primary School students come to school by car.
