About Early Years

Peter gave me one of my most memorable opportunities- to teach at Riverside. I will always remember him as committed, determined and loyal. To George and Jo I have no words. You are in my thoughts and prayers this morning as I remember all the different ways Peter impacted my life.

I am absolutely saddened by these news. He was an amazing man. He cared for his staff and students. He was so kind, caring, joyful and helpful. My thoughts are with Jo and George. He will be hugely missed and forever in our hearts🙂

I am so saddened to hear this. He was an incredible man. He had an impact on all of us. He was always considerate, kind and caring and did so much for so many. I send my condolences and deepest sympathies to Jo, George and all of Peter's family. He will forever be in our hearts and will be missed.

We will always remember the kind, warm welcome of Mr Daish when we first visited Riverside, and every morning we arrived with our daughter at the school. So many happy memories of our stay in Prague are connected to Mr Daish. May he rest in peace. Our condolences to the family.

My condolences. A good man, who cared about what the students who he worked for did. I am lucky that I ran into him on my flight home a few years ago. Rest easy, sir.

I am really sorry to read such sad news. Condolences to his family and Riverside school community. I will remember the kind man and the wonderful photographer he was.

We’re all so incredibly sad to hear this news . It is impossible to imagine Riverside without Peter Daish - but his legacy will live on in the school and through the memories of all those whose lives he has touched. Our three children adored every moment of their time at Riverside, and I have now spent more than ten years as a teacher thanks to his willingness to take a chance on me. My condolences to his family! The picture you chose with the cabbage is I think one of my fondest memories of Mr Daish. I will always remember that face he made when my class chose to use a cabbage for our graduation speeches! ❤️ May he rest in peace with our Lord.
