Riverside’s Early Years curriculum follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), a well-established framework. Learning is play-based and experiential, balancing child-initiated and adult-led learning within rich indoor and outdoor environments. Strong relationships are central to our practice, creating a nurturing setting where children feel safe, confident and supported. A high adult-to-child ratio ensures personalised care for each child’s learning, wellbeing and development. Skills for Life clubs extend learning beyond the school day, building confidence and introducing new interests.
