Skills for Life

Riverside offers a vibrant range of after school clubs for students ages 3 to 18. Guided by our Skills for Life philosophy, each club is designed to be high quality, purposeful, and a meaningful extension of the school day. Students can explore a wide variety of opportunities in athletics, creative arts, and academics, ensuring options are available to match every student’s interests and passions.

Sports & Outdoor Adventure


Our programme delivers specialist instruction and a higher level of challenge across diverse activities, promoting lifelong skill development in every student. We encourage students to explore new interests, take calculated risks, and discover hidden talents.

Examples of our Clubs are: Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Ice Skating, Canoeing, Swimming, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Active Sports Games, Gymnastics or Inline Skating Club.

Innovation & Technology inspires students to innovate, create, and problem-solve through hands-on learning and expert instruction. We challenge students to think critically, develop practical skills, and explore their passions in a dynamic, supportive environment. 

Examples of our Clubs are: HS Engineering Club, Aviation Club, Lego Robotics, 3D Printing and Modeling, Minecraft Club or Repair Workshop Club.

Examples of our Clubs are: Homeless Outreach, Model UN, Masterchef Club, Student Council, Eco-Council, Young Business People Club, Bullet Journal Club, Books and Reading Club or Economics Club.
