22 Riverside students, and 6 teachers set sail on Friday May 2 for a five day sailing adventure around the South of England. Student’s worked hard to operate the Challenger Yachts, sailing from Portsmouth-Poole-Weymouth-Portland-Cowes and back to Portsmouth. We had excellent weather and good wind as students learned the ins and outs of sailing from well qualified Skippers. Students received their Start Yachting certificates and some students are even hoping to volunteer on voyages in the future. A very fun time had by all!
